What this map shows
The interactive map below covers the complete HBI Room device graph: the Teams meeting path (NDI camera into the mini PC, mics through the Behringer Flow 8 into Teams, and the far-end callers heard back in the room through the 70V ceiling speakers), the presentation path (mini PC HDMI, guest laptop HDMI, and legacy DVD RCA through the multi-format AV switcher to the wall TV), the point-to-point Cat6 KVM extension to the podium, the single UniFi network that carries the camera’s PoE, VISCA control, and NDI video on one cable, and how the room is powered: 24/7 cabinet gear, PoE-powered camera, a TV that is turned off by IR remote, and the mini PC that needs a manual power-on after an outage.
Switch between the Video / Teams, Audio, Network, and Power tabs, and arrange by Signal flow or Location. Select any device to read its role, where it lives, its connections and transport badges, and the failures documented against it.

Troubleshooting at a glance
- No camera picture in Teams — reboot PoE on the camera’s UniFi switch port in the UniFi software, or unplug/replug the camera’s ethernet cable.
- Far-end callers not heard in the room — check the Flow 8 MAIN level, the amplifier, and the USB-return routing into CH 5/6.
- Remote students can’t hear the teacher — check the lapel, the receiver, the Flow 8 ch 2 fader, and the Teams mic selection in that order.
- Echo or feedback — confirm the USB return is on CH 5/6 (or 7/8) and out of the Teams mic bus; keep Teams echo cancellation on.
- Mini PC off after a power outage — press its power button.
- No TV picture — check the TV input and the switcher’s HDMI selection.
