Purpose
The Fellowship Hall supports HCS chapel services held here on Tuesdays. One operator runs the AV desk: the PA, camera, presentation, livestream, recording, lighting, and Companion controls. Chapel uses the established path ATEM Mini Pro -> LivestreamRelay -> YouTube + Facebook, and the ATEM records to a USB-C flash drive.
Sunday Junior Church uses laptop audio, the handheld and lapel microphones through the PA, and laptop presentation on the TVs. It does not use the livestream or camera. Other church fellowships, including baby showers and wedding receptions, use audio and presentation as needed.

Pre-Service Checks
- Open the desk lid and confirm the monitor and QR code are secure.
- Confirm the conditioner is off before setup, then turn it on and confirm the seven conditioned loads start.
- Confirm the laptop, SR516, ArtNet converter, and UniFi switch remain powered; they are not on the conditioner.
- Confirm the X32 and SD16 are communicating over AES50.
- Confirm Canon picture at ATEM input 1 and laptop picture at ATEM input 2.
- Confirm the laptop is using Extended display, not Mirror, and both TVs show the expected presentation.
- Scan the QR code and open surface

- Check handheld, lapel, laptop audio, columns, subs, and stream meters at low level.
- Set the normal lighting look from the SR516 preset buttons.
- For Tuesday chapel, use Stream Scheduler, verify the YouTube and Facebook events, then start stream and recording when ready.
Startup
- Open the desk lid and set X32 source and master levels low.
- Turn on the rack-mounted conditioner at the top of the right rack.
- Bring up the X32 and SD16 audio path, then confirm AES50 and low-level output.
- Confirm the Crown, subs, ATEM, wireless receiver, and monitor are powered.
- Wake the laptop and open PowerPoint, or optional ProPresenter; select Extended display.
- Turn on the TVs if needed and select the correct HDMI input.
- Scan the lid QR code and open Companion page
12 - Fellowship Hall. - Set the Canon static shot, the SR516 lighting preset, and the audio line check.
- For chapel only, schedule with Stream Scheduler, then start the ATEM stream and USB recording.
Shutdown
- Stop the chapel stream and USB recording from page 12; verify the recording is complete and manually offload it to campus shared storage.
- Close presentation software and return the TVs to their normal state.
- Turn off the rack-mounted conditioner. This powers down the X32, SD16, subs, Crown amp, ATEM, wireless receiver, and monitor.
- Leave the laptop, SR516, ArtNet converter, and UniFi switch on.
- Close the desk lid and report changed routing, missing equipment, or failures.

Training and Notes
- One operator runs the whole desk at the front-left corner.
- The desk lid closes for dust and child protection.
- The Stream Scheduler button may retain the legacy label
New Chapel Streamwhile calling theHCS Chapelscheduling action. This is naming drift, not a separate room. - The Canon is normally one static shot. Companion still provides pan, tilt, zoom, focus, exposure, power, and preset controls.
- There are no stage monitors: the room has mains, subs, and stream audio only.
- SD16 inputs/channels 5–16 are not yet defined. Do not invent or assign their channel plan.
- Exact models or names marked not identified remain placeholders until confirmed.
