What this map shows

The interactive map below covers the complete Gym device graph: the announcer PA (microphone and phone music through the Yamaha mixer, out the east-bleachers wall port to the DriveRack, amplifier, and six ceiling speakers), the livestream audio path (mixer LEFT output through the Dante AVIO pair into the ATEM’s mic 1 input), the video and stream path (PTZ camera over SDI through the converter into the ATEM, which drives the program monitor and streams directly to the HCS YouTube channel), the single UniFi network that carries Dante, control, and PoE, and how the room is powered: the wall switch feeds the DSP and amplifier, the cabinet gear runs on a separate always-on outlet, and the bleachers outlet feeds the mixer.

Troubleshooting at a glance

• PA silent — check the wall switch (left of the rack) is on, then the breaker panel next to the rack (leave it ON always); allow the DriveRack time to boot and check its front-panel output mutes.
• No stream — check the ATEM’s Ethernet link to the UniFi switch and that the HCS channel’s static stream key is still valid.
• No camera picture — check the SDI run and the SDI→HDMI converter before the ATEM.
• No gym audio on the stream — check the Companion page-14 Audio button, the AVIO input/output PoE power and Dante routing, then the mic-1 XLR-to-1/8” cable.
• Monitor dark — the 7” monitor is expected to be on at all times; confirm the separate cabinet outlet is feeding it.
